There are been a great deal of interest in obtaining printed copies of Manacled. I do allow readers to bind copies for their personal use, however because fanfiction exists in a grey area and contains copyrighted materials, Manacled is not and will not ever be available commercially. It cannot be sold or distributed commercially. While there have been online stores that have sold Manacled, it was not with my permission.
Manacled cannot be printed via for-profit bookbinding websites, it is a violation of their terms of service.
If you wish to bind a copy personally, you're welcome to do so. Ao3 creates a PDF version of the story, which can be downloaded and formatted into a typeset. There used to be a couple typesets of Manacled available, but unfortunately they were used to print the story commercially and so their creators have taken them down.
